About Sydney

I have been working in customer service since I was 15 years old in restaurants and other food services. I also interned with children ages 11-14 in the classroom as a 16 and 17-year-old. Growing up in a family of five daughters, I am almost fluent in care taking. Being with children has always come so naturally to me, and I plan on attending MATC this spring to start my teaching degree. I grew up playing soccer, and coached in camps with small children every fall for three years. I have a passion for the arts, and reading. Anywhere from cutting snowflakes, to finger-painting, I can get behind. Being an advocate for individuality and self expression is so important to me, and kids just seem to be bursting with that. You can really learn so much from them when you're actually listening. Although attending to your child's needs is so important, so is attending to yours. I am here to help you out, and be flexible when needed.
