Hi everyone! My name is Sydney C. , I recently just graduated Magna Cum Laude from Manhattan College and am an upbeat and caring person. During college, I worked part-time for Special Citizens Futures Unlimited as a Community Rehabilitation Therapist. In this position, I assisted people of all ages who had Autism in day-to-day care, as well as planning and participating in daily outings and activities. Throughout college I also volunteered with AHRC NYC as an I-PREP (Interview Practice and Review for Emerging Professionals) Assistant. Here, I worked one-on-one to help people of all ages with special needs gain confidence in their employment interviewing skills, as well as to practice for real world professional opportunities. With a degree in Urban Studies, and a double minor in Environmental Studies and English, I care a lot about nature and know a lot of fun places to go in the city, but also enjoy reading and watching all kinds of books and movies.
