My best friend of 7 years has a sister with Down syndrome who I an absolutely love and I have watched her a few times and we had a great time! I also have several people in my life with ADHD do I handle that pretty well as well! I love animals as well so if you have a pet that is just a bonus! I also don't mind do a little bit of house cleaning while the children are napping or are busy with school!
