About Sydney

Hi, I'm Sydney! I have been nannying children of all ages for nearly 10 years. I've worked with infants and toddlers in both a private and educational setting as well as school-aged and teenagers! I have two younger siblings of my own that I've always taken care of when my parents were busy. I have been a camp counselor, girl scout leader, early childhood center teacher, after school coordinator and substitute teacher. I've always gravitated towards progressive, child-centered environments and incorporate the holistic nurturing of children using methods such as mindfulness, yoga, and art. I strive to help facilitate a safe and fun learning environment for children to grow and explore the world around them. Currently I'm a masters student, studying marriage and family therapy.
