We have used Sydney for periodic babysitting for our two boys (8 and 10) over the past year. She has always been reliable and on time, and has a pleasant, calm demeanor. She is good at entertaining the kids, always stays patient, and is able enforce our house rules consistently and adhere to routines. She’s a delight to be around.
