I have baby sat kids from the ages of newborn to 14-year-olds since I was 11 years old. I have 2 younger brothers aged 9 and 11. I am certified in CPR. I was truly impressed with Sydney! We were in the area for a wedding, and have three children, one of whom has Type 1 diabetes. Leaving your child with diabetes with a caretaker is anxiety provoking, but Sydney came highly recommended. She was very competent, experienced and knowledgeable with my daughter's diabetes - kept us as informed as we wanted to be - but was willing to ask questions when needed. Beyond that, she was fun (all three kids loved her!) but still very much 'in charge'. My only regret is that we couldn't talk her into moving back to our home state!
