I believe open communication is key, so I keep parents regularly updated on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I also respect and follow the household rules set by the parents to ensure consistency for the child. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games to encourage their energy. I also enjoy playing board games and puzzles to stimulate their minds.
