About Sydne

I currently work at a day care center part time as a Teacher's Aide, working with children age 1-6. I am full time 3rd year student at MSU where I am majoring in Spanish and minoring in Speech/Hearing Sciences. My day care work includes: -Assist classroom teacher in child care for children one year to 6 years old. Aid in the design of classroom activities and set up, early education of the children, and entertainment with games, reading, etc., -Help with organizing and development of curriculum for reading, writing, science, and other subjects -Effectively communicate with parents, reviewing events of the day for their children. -Maintain a safe and fun environment In high school I completed two-years of teacher cadet classes, where I was able to teach elementary school children. I absolutely love caring for and interacting with children and aspire to work in a bi-lingual environment with children and/or work with children who need assistance with speech.
