In the interview with Sydnee, I indicated that the schedule would be ever changing and there would be weeks where she was not needed but we would provide 2 weeks advance of schedule. Sydnee agreed to this. After consistently updating Sydnee. She choose to up and quit with no notice leaving my family without childcare.
