Whatever I write here will not do Svetlana justice. She was flexible and endlessly kind and she helped us make our weekend trip a resounding success. She walked in and my nephew was almost immediately at ease. He had such a good time with Svetlana singing and drawing together. She certainly left an impression as he was asking about her after we'd left town. Anyway, I can't really say enough good things. Thank you Svetlana for taking care of our little guy.
