I recently took early retirement with my company of 24 years as a Director of Benefits, and I am finding I have lots of free time on my hands. When I had my youngest daughter 20 years ago I remember how stressful it was to find someone to watch my precious angel and so I would like to be able to be of service to a family that is is looking for a in-home care situation for their infant. Daycare is so scary when they are so little and I can offer one on one care and be the sole focus of your baby's needs. Our home is smoke free and we have one baby friendly small dog (12lbs). I have a 2-year-old granddaughter and so this is how we know she is good with babies/toddlers. I do watch my granddaughter a few times a month when needed, so their would be a few days a month when I would have her. My ideal situation would be to watch up to 30 hours a week M-F anytime between 6 a.m. to 6PM, but for the right family I would consider more hours if it is needed. Errands available.
