I would like to convey to you that along with my experience in Salon Management, much more is encompassed than what meets the eye. At this point in my career, making a leap into another field is something I have been considering for some time. My skills are portable, and there is all the administrative responsibilities, payroll, the staffing management, interviewing, hiring, firing, the customer service management, putting out fire's (figuratively speaking) and the ability to do so simultaneously. The Staff that I managed while doing this included 25 or more at a time. I have experience, and taught others many software programs needed to schedule and run the businesses. My abilities are not limited to the beauty industry. I managed the business, the people, and everything it encompassed. Besides having extensive experience in the service industries, I would like to also go on record stating my people skills are superior. I also managed a household for 4 kids myself as well.
