Susie is outstanding! It is hard to convey her competence in a few sentences, but I cannot emphasize enough how well she took care of my parents. She is professional and caring, taking the time to develop a relationship with them in trying circumstances. She consistently went beyond my expectations in providing care for them, and in a short period of time, she essentially became a member of our family. I would highly recommend her without reservations.
