About Susan

My husband, a retired educator, and I have 3 grown children. In 2017 I was hired by a family through care. com to care for their 4-month-old and her 3-year-old sister. I stayed with them until the spring of 2019 when they had another baby and Mom decided to stay home. I then worked as a special needs aid at Edwards Elementary until 2022. For the last two summers I have been growing flowers to sell at a farmers market. I am always open to learning and finding creative ways to help children with behavior and daily needs with respect to their parents values. I like to read and spend time outside. We have 2 dogs, several cats, and 3 goats that keep us entertained.
