About Susan

Hello, Parents! I am 21 years old, currently in college working as a tutoring teacher. Over the past few years, I gained a wide range of experience working with children. Starting out as summer camp counselor. During this time, I arrange outdoor sports, arts and crafts, and field trips, emphasizing the importance of fun, growth, and exploration in the learning process. Later I transitioned to a tutoring center, where I had the opportunity to support students from grades k-8. Guiding children through their educational challenges, witnessing their "aha" moments has brought me great satisfaction. My work with children had led me to a daycare as an assistant teacher, where I provided a safe and secure environment that encourages children's social and emotional development. More recently, I've returned to teaching as an after-school teacher to coordinate with my college hours. I am committed to recognizing each child's needs and tailoring my approach to ensure their growth.
