About Susan

As a friendly and approachable childcare provider with four years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. With my background in early childhood development, I have the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of your child. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating openly with parents about their child's day or any issues that may arise. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children including outdoor activities, puzzles, reading books and educational games that promote learning. I believe that play is an essential part of a child's development and I strive to create a fun and engaging environment for your child. I am CPR trained and have taken coursework in early child development. I am a retired professional, who chooses to work part-time with children. I recently worked for 4 years at a preschool and now work as a part-time babysitter for a 3-year-old.
