Susan became an immediate part of our family. Trusted. Reliable. Kind. Experienced. We knew mom was in the very best of hands. Skilled with dementia-related issues, she handled every evening with grace, professionalism, patience and above all compassion. She was mom's quiet voice of comfort and stability. Susan stayed in contact with us so we always knew how mom was doing. As things progressed with mom's illness, Susan was right there with us the whole way. Doing whatever she needed whenevere she needed it. She truly cares. If there was a rating higher than five, I would surely give it.
