In 2008 I started working at a hospital as a care nursing assistant with the nursing resource team and have been taking care of seniors in there homes. I love and enjoy doing both of my jobs very much. I am friendly, caring, organized, clean, non smoking or drinking, out going and CPR certified. I treat each person as of they were my own family member and want to give the best care I can possibly do. I often put myself in their shoes and do as I would want done for my self. I would like to help maintain their home, health and hygiene. I am willing to transport to doctor appointments or any other errands that may be needed. I am able to offer walks, gardening, sitting in the park, extra activities, watch TV and do physical therapy whatever the request may be.

The reason I chose my rating was easy. Sue provided a laid-back transition in the first meeting and it was easy for me and my mom to feel comfortable. She got to know mom's interests and actively sought out finding both in-home and out-and-about activities to match those interests. My mom was comfortable with her and trusted her friendship and so did I. I easily trusted her tips and assessment on her status. In summary, she is a natural and a delightful, highly competent care giver and companion. I can honestly say I say that I valued her presence in my mom's life.
