About Susan

Hi Families!! I am a recently graduated first-generation student from Wake Forest University. I studied Politics and International Affairs but also minored in Biology. I have experience tutoring my younger siblings as well as fellow peers. I love to learn and also love to encourage people to learn. I believe education is an essential part of a child's life! I am also bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish! I'm also learning Korean! My personality as patient, considerate, and friendly I like tutoring because growing up I would've really appreciated a support during my studies. My parents were always busy and most time I had to find solutions on my own. I can provide a support system for young learners whilst also encouraging them to grow, learn and develop! In my spare time, I like to read both fiction and nonfiction books. I also make motivational/inspirational videos on Youtube that help me. I enjoy going to the park, trying new food spots, and going to the library!
