My father has advanced Parkinson’s, dementia, and incontinence issues, and he’s been through so much as a vulnerable adult who has suffered financial exploitation. I live across the country from him, so finding someone I could trust with his round-the-clock care and supervision felt like an impossible task—until Susan came into our lives.
