About Susan

I'd describe myself and personality as Caring, Empathetic, Loyal. I adore and admire seniors. I respect them and their life experiences. I love being of service where I can offer support, friendship, care and laughter to someones' day. I enjoy listening to their stories about their life, careers, family etc. I currently work at a local senior living community. I care for seniors who live in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, arts & crafts, baking, sketching pictures, music, learning about different cultures and traditions, light gardening etc. One thing you should know is I am easy to get along with and talk to about anything. I don't judge or gossip. I just want the best for people. My skills include the most important- Companionship-a friend. Others are basic grooming, light exercise, meal feeding assistance, etc. Everything I do is done with clear communication, patience, respect, dignity, and kindness.
