Susan and I have worked together for over 30 years. We have worked as educators, mentors, human service providers and supporters of all children with various abilities. Over the past 30 years Susan and I have become best of friends and we both stand on the basic belief and philosophy "kids first", is this practice and protocol good for our children. What can we do to provide all children the best care possible? Susan and I also believe that it is very important to support and understand what parents and families need to love and care to their child.
