Hello, my name is Susanne I have been caring for people with special needs since I was 10 years old. (Almost 50 years) I have a Deaf Son, a Niece on the Spectrum and I have worked with Special needs kids in a few School districts and people of all ages on the spectrum from non verbal to high functioning. I love people and have a special place in my heart for those in need of extra assistance. I teach sign language and use total communication when needed. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and have worked in health related fields for over 30 years. I have a great way of making learning fun and love direct interaction. I am very patient, have empathy, and welcome the opportunity to hang out with your loved one. I love to be with individuals of all ages, love to do crafts, play games, use sensory items and hope to give your family the relief of going out knowing your loved one is in safe, protective, hands.
