I actually did a phone interview with Susanna. (I am in AZ) She met with my sister, who lives in MI, and my sister liked her and hired her. She has cleaned once for my sister and they have now scheduled bi-weekly cleanings. Susanna lives only a couple of blocks away from my sister, so I am well pleased to have been able to help my sister with someone to do her housecleaning.
