About Susan

My passion for nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact in their lives led me to pursue a career working with children. With 30 years of experience, I have worked with children from infancy to early elementary age, helping them reach their developmental milestones. As a BCBA, I have supported families and their children in early intervention programs for with speech delays and special needs. Here I have fostered their language, play and self help skills. My hope is I can continue to use my skills and knowledge to support your child's development and also have fun. My patient and friendly nature helps create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. I believe in open communication with parents and provide verbal updates at the end of each day, discussing your child's activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for your child.
