Susan is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring! She is excellent with all three of my kids (ages 1, 3, 9), meeting their individual needs. She is very patient with my oldest, who has ADHD, so she is familiar with neurodivergent kiddos and their needs. She is a WIZ at cleaning, comes up with fun activities, and will be outside whenever the opportunity presents itself.
