Great effort however dependability was an issue. Worked with us for about 15-20 calendar days. Late by minutes, Ill, transportation call in. Final day over slept and demonstration of undependability led me to end assignment. She gave great effort and traveled from a far distance, made accommodations for what I was able to, such as large font on paperwork, etc. Went above and beyond to help keep my dads area clean and tidy. Great attitude overall. Usually dependability is a 1 star, however because of her efforts I rated her above.
