Over the years, I have enjoyed working with a diverse group of children, including those on the Autism Spectrum, those with Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Speech Impairments, physical challenges, social and behavioral issues, Auditory and Visual Impairments, ADD, ADHD, and Other Health Impairments. My experiences have shown me that each student is truly unique, every individual deserves equal access to a quality education, and that every child can succeed with the proper instruction and attention. I think my greatest skill is my ability to differentiate instruction to fit the individual needs and skills of each of my students, and my perseverance to continue providing them with all the support and encouragement to reach their goals.
