Susie took care of my 82 year old mother who has dementia. She was reliable, patient and caring. Susie had many responsibilities with us that required and certainly earned our trust, such as waking her up (not an easy thing), dressing, showering, taking her out in the community (water aerobics, beach, walks). She was exceptional at respecting my Mom's needs, being empathetic to her states of being and treating her with the utmost respect and care. When they were at home, Susie and my Mom were like friends hanging out doing puzzles, drawing and conversing. She has a very calm, secure and loving presence that put my Mom at ease and made her feel confident, respected and loved. And she know how to have fun. I highly recommend her as a home health aid . Having her number in case of a need and knowing she will respond is continued source of comfort for us.
