Susan has been a great professional caregiver to my little boy! She is extremely knowledgeable and dependable. My son quickly warmed up to Susan as she is so engaging and her love for children is obvious. My child is 2 years old & she kept him busy with age-appropriate games, language development skills, and learning strategies. In addition to being a great nanny, she became a trustworthy friend. Although my family was going through a lot of stress, she was absolutely non-judgemental and highly compassionate. I'm very lucky to have found Susan & I'll have to echo what someone else said, the next family to hire her will be very pleased indeed!
