About Susan

I have worked back to back 3 year jobs doing companion care and more with 2 wonderfuI seniors. However my current job is about to end because his son is moving him to Montana. The first job with a wonderful 80+ year old lady was 9 hrs per week and this one has been 18 hrs per week. I would prefer this time to work around 9 hours per week. I have worked at Windcrest Retirement for 6 years prior as a cna in dementia care. I took care of my parents for 5 years at home prior to that. I have been a realtor for 20 years but after taking care of my parents, I find Senior Care so much more rewarding! Supervisors and families tell me I am wonderful at building bonds with seniors and have a ton of patience. I love their perspective on life, experiences, values. I have a great sense of humor and love pets.
