We had Susan nanny for our baby and found her to be a kind, gentle, and trustworthy person. I enjoyed having her around and appreciated that she is observant and intelligent paying attention to when our baby was cold, hungry, had a dirty diaper, or whatever her needs were. She would look up articles on our child’s development stage and issues I was facing with her sleeping. She brought our baby gifts and was flexible with her schedule such as changing times or offering to be more available if we need extra help such as one when my husband was out of town. Even when our child was having a crying fit or fussy, she was always very patient and gentle with her. Susan is a very caring and loving person who cares both about the wellbeing of children and the parents I highly recommend her.
