About Susan

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, and 20+ years as a Certified Medical Assistant. I provide respite care, transportation, and home health services. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular texts, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. My goal is to support their well-being and independence with patience and compassion. I would be honored to provide your family with peace of mind.
