I have 2 dogs of my own and one loving 18-year-old cat. My K9s are an 12-year-old Walker Hound, and an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. I have cared for many pets my entire life. I have worked/volunteered for a local K9, "no kill" shelter during 1999-2002, caring for the fostered dogs and placing them in the proper, loving and caring new homes. I also hosted a short segment on a local news channel featuring sheltered animals up for adoption.
