Susan is an absolutely stellar caregiver and I feel lucky to write this review. She is truly a whole-picture provider. We hired Susan to help my father manage a new diagnosis - mostly planning for companionship and life maintenance. What we did not anticipate was how important her RN training would come in handy as 1 diagnosis became 4 for my dad and she literally saved his life on more than 1 occasion by being able to see things my siblings and I never would have been able to. In addition to proving invaluable to my father, she was also always willing to advocate for my father with his medical care team - intercepting and clarifying as needed. She was also available to us, his children and able to explain complex medical situations to incredibly non-medical people. AND she did it with kindness and understanding. I really don't know what we would have done without Susan and if you hire her, consider yourself very lucky.
