About Susan

Hi! I have a lot of experience as a caretaker. I am a Mom to five and Grandma to one. I worked for three years with a wheelchair bound paraplegic young woman. I am currently in my third year of caring for a man who suffered a TBI nearly 40 years ago. I go to his house three days a week and get him up and showered and make him breakfast. I do exercises with him every day. I also work around the house. This includes dishes, vacuuming, laundry, windows, cat boxes, toilets and other miscellaneous tasks. I have experience using a shower chair and electric wheelchair. I have experience with dementia, end of life challenges, transportation etc. I am a caring and compassionate woman with a sense of humor. I am outgoing and personable. I am dependable, trustworthy and a hard worker. I am currently available for respite or to fill in for a special occasion or a special event. I am only available on Tuesday or Thursday. Thank you.
