About Susan

I am Susan and would love to share with you my 30 years working with children and adults of all ages (0 - 100) in a variety of settings. I have the flexibility and availability to help. I do one-time, occasional, short-term, and long-term positions. I am looking to partner with a new family (10-30 hours). I will consider full-time for the right fit with a family. My philosophy is to partner with the family about their loved ones' individualized care. Everything revolves around communication with the family, and it is important to be open, honest, and transparent. My rates are $18 to $25/hour but can be negotiable. I have 30+ years of experience working with children/adults from birth to 100 in a variety of Early Childhood and adult programs I have a MS in Early Childhood Administration, my BS in Family Child Development, and my AS in Early Childhood Education.
