It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Susie. She has been an integral part of our family’s life, caring for our twin boys and two large dogs with unmatched kindness, resourcefulness, and professionalism. Susie joined our family when our twins were just four months old and remained with us until their first birthday. Over the past year, she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to provide attentive, loving care to our boys. She has a natural talent for understanding the needs of children, adapting to their individual personalities, and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and happiness. Her calm demeanor was especially impressive when both babies and dogs decided to be vocal at the same time—she managed every challenge with grace and a steady hand. Beyond her childcare skills, Susie also cared for our two large dogs as if they were her own. She embraced their energy and quirks, ensuring they were well-exercised, comforted, and loved—even when their howling added to the household chaos. She also went above and beyond by staying at our home to pet-sit while we traveled. Knowing she cuddled with our dogs and kept them company with movie nights gave us peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our time away. The only reason our time with Susie is coming to an end is due to a daycare program recently offered through my husband’s workplace, which is both onsite and significantly discounted for employees with multiple children. We are sad to see her go, but we are so grateful for the incredible care she has provided to our family over the past year. I wholeheartedly recommend Susie for any childcare or pet-sitting role.
