We had a phone interview scheduled for Tuesday 3/26. She never called. She texted me at 11:15 pm that night to say she had gotten too busy to call during the day and asked when we could talk. I replied and told her I would not consider hiring her because the very first time we scheduled to talk, she didn't do what she said she would do. She is unreliable.
