I worked with a County Board of Education for 12 years as a Special Needs Paraprofessional. My passion is Mild to Moderate and my goal is that Exceptional Children be the best they can be and be functional in the world today.

Susan was my daughter's paraprofessional for 5 years. She was a patient and persistent teacher. She is one of the reasons why my daughter with Down syndrome is so successful now in Middle School. She became a trusted family friend. For one school year she sat with my daughter after the school day while I completed my work day. She has taken care of my daughter's personal hygiene needs, her social needs, and her emotional needs. When my husband passed away 3 years, Susan sat with her in the family room and kept her happy and entertained for 4 hours while family and friends paid their respects. She was always available to assist me during my husband's fight with cancer and after his passing. She is professional and punctual and understands privacy rights. I cannot say enough great things about Susan. She would be an asset to your company.
