In the 1.5 years of working together, we have observed Susana excel in numerous areas including, but not limited to, the following: 1. She brings a lot of enthusiasm and fresh ideas to her work. As we’re first-time parents, she provided suggestions on a range of topics (e.g. relieving constipation) and partnered with us for various transitions (e.g., sleep training, bottle weaning, pacifier weaning). She always respects our parenting preferences to ensure a consistent experience for our daughter. 2. Susana maintains frequent and clear communication with us. She provides us with multiple updates each day on our daughter’s activities and behaviors, raising any concerns she may have as they come up. 3. She is incredibly responsible and reliable. 4. She constantly looks out for our child’s safety and is always vigilant.
