Susana was prompt when communicating up until the point of meeting in person for the final step. It was disappointing to encounter an individual who confirms the day of and over communicates until it actually matters. My husband and I ventured out with our newborn to meet Susana. She did not notify us until approximately 45 minutes later when we departed the location that she was at the meeting spot. This shows clear lack of accountability and the ability to trust the individual when it matters. I would steer clear of this candidate.
