Susan has been the anchor for my Mom's overnights. She is an incredible person. She is extremely skilled at what she does - including allowing my Mom independence when she needs it, being a comforting companion when things are rough and making sure my Mom stays safe. She has good ideas for how to do things but is not at all pushy. She is a beautiful human being.
