About Susan

I cared for my own elder who lived w/us, and my own father whom suddenly and quickly deteriorated. I lived in the hospital w/him those final moments. I know what it is like and how difficult for both the family & person in need of care. Frustrating, embarrassing needing care, yet sharing w/ someone is a joy. I've cared for some elders from the church with dementia/alztimers, difficulty to take care of personal needs and I see the emotions they go through and reassurance needed to know they are safe. I've continued my experience doing senior care for neighbors whom now are friends, more so family, but sadly everyone has to move on. I have learned though, a good listener to swap stories/memories, sharing family for those far away, and having company is all they need sometimes So I am here willing to be that ear, companion to listen walk or talk
