I interviewed and hired Sunshine to nanny and tutor my two boys. We set up a schedule, communicated about curriculum, and set a start date. I pulled my oldest child out of school as Sunshine was supposed to start tutoring and nannying him Monday morning at 9 am. She simply never showed up. No call, no text, no communication. I called multiple times and texted, wondering if she was okay and asking her to reach out and let me know if she was safe and sound. I worried about her for days and never heard from her. But here, in Care.com, it shows she's been active in the past few hours...presumably looking for another job. I would not hire Sunshine. I've never encountered such behavior. And I would not trust her with my children or any others.
