I'm nearing the end of my BS degree in Psychology at UW and am looking to begin an official career as a tutor. I have cared for several children/teens on Bainbridge over the last 7 years and am confident in my ability to instill confidence in any child and help them succeed in school. My husband has been professionally tutoring for 4 years and I now am ready to embark on my own tutoring journey. As of now I am available to tutor algebra 1 taught at BHS. I have completed algebra, pre-calculus and calculus at the University of Washington and am currently enrolled in a calculus based stats class. I will be expanding the subjects I tutor as time passes, but for now I am keeping it simple and only offering Algebra 1 tutoring- as I am 100% confident in my ability to tutor that at this time.
