Hired her and lasted 7 work days before letting her go. There were many reasons for this but the biggest concern was we did not feel our 1 1/2 daughter was safe under her care from what I saw with my own eyes working from home and saw on my camera. She had a really bad habit of constantly being on her cell phone. On work day 6 she could not follow instruction to turn the phone off for 3 hours and give my daughter undivided attention. When I gave feedback of concerns I had she denied/disagreed.
