About Summer

Hi! I'm going to be a rising sophomore at Colgate University this fall, and I will be studying economics as well as computer science. Throughout this summer I've been working part time at the Seafood Shanty, but I'd love to also help families with babysitting. Growing up in a tight-knit community in Massachusetts and having been a sitter for almost 5 years, I've appreciated all of the opportunities that I've received to become accustomed to babysitting kids of various ages and of different preferences and needs, etc. Given that my mom grew up year-round on the vineyard and that my grandma is still a local, I totally understand how the island can be cherished through experience -- I am happy to help babysit for whatever occasion needed (even if it simply involves relaxation!). I am organized, patient, attentive, hard-working, and outgoing. Let me know if I can help with anything! :)
