About Summer

Hello! I will start out by saying I own a cat & a 13-year-old Shiba Inu. My involvement with providing animal care started when I became a babysitter/nanny in 2010. My journey continued & began to expand when I started working for a dog daycare. I believe my relationship with any animal is distinctively special because they bring out a characteristic I don't usually find alone within myself. My most beneficial personal experiences with animals: - Co-rescuing a reactive dog in 2019. I was able to train her & decrease most negative responses. -In 2021, I became a kitten foster mother for a local animal shelter. Overnight care: Cats: available in my home or yours. Dogs: may vary depending on breed & temperament. I have also cared for small birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, hampsters, & fish.
