I am a diligent worker dedicated to the satisfaction of the customer and the employer. I have over 10 year experience and currently work in a day program and residential facility with individuals diagnosed with varying degrees of Mental Retardation, ADHD, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities and Autism. In addition to facilitating and implementing the goals and objectives in their ISPs or IPP s. I assist with realistic choices to individuals served, actively engaging in community integration, modeling daily living skills, teaching general skill development, managing challenging behaviors, the ability to implement a behavior plan, and supporting individual's life decisions. In addition I also assist in meal planning and preparation, assist with grooming, bathing and dressing, laundry, light housekeeping, and errands/appointments, clean the household, aide personal hygiene, and supervise in the dispensing of medications and medication reminders.
